Young Champions Academy offers three different courses: App Development, Math, and Programming. Our program will enrich your child and pave the way for their future.

Info about Courses
A beginner-oriented course on the Flutter library, a simple and popular library that allows creation of iOS and Android apps with one codebase. Through this course kids will learn the skills necessary to create apps and empower their ideas in a technological world.
Our math courses are flexible and teach based on your child's skill level, so that all children are engaged in learning. Our tutors are all in advanced math courses, maintaining A grades. They have experience teaching their peers the subject, so you can be assured that your child will be taught in a way that they can understand! (Bring a friend and get a 10% discount for both parties!)
Computer science is a difficult topic for younger kids to wrap their head aorund, and due to that, we have prepared a cirriculum that allows for kids with no experience all the way to most experienced coders to learn and be engaged. All of our tutors are highly experienced and have been coding for most of their lives; they will be able to teach your kid what they need to know in order to succeed in High School Computer Science and beyond. (Bring a friend and get a 10% discount for both parties!)

We donate 50% of all of our proceeds at the end of each season to the American Cancer Society because we do this for a higher cause than ourselves.
In the name of giving, Young Champions donated 25000 rupees, the equivalent of $315, to cancer patients in need in India. Although Darsh was the one to make the donation, it comes from the hearts of all in the Young Champions Family. We hope you have a blessed day and continue to cooperate with us trying to improve our community and aid all the cancer patients that we can. This specific donation helped to feed almost 700 people for a day. We strive to service all that have had the misfortune to be diagnosed with cancer.
We as as a team aspire to bring out the best from your kids. Every kid has potential, and through our experienced tutoring services, we hope to help them bring that potential out, allowing your kids to go further, knowing that they have to knowledge to face anything that comes their way.

Darsh shah is the founder and a coach at young champions. He specializes in teaching basketball and has 7 plus years of experience in the sport. He is looking forward to working with the kids in small groups to help them explore their full potential while also help raise money for the American Cancer Society, in his goal to make his community a better place one step at a time
Alex Liu is an incoming junior that has two years of experience within the Amador Valley high school basketball program. He was the starting center for the freshman team and played for the junior varsity team. The center position is his main position, and he specializes in post moves/defense. Basketball has been a passion of his since elementary school and he devotes a lot of time to the sport.
Hello everyone, my name is Octavius and I work as a tutor for math along with basketball training for Young Champions. I am currently going into my junior year at Foothill High School and am taking pre-calc as my math course. Additionally, during my sophomore year at Foothill I made my JV basketball team. Furthermore, I have 7 years of basketball experience in leagues and playing for schools. I specialize in training people for playmaking, ball handling skills, and finishing. In the math department I am more then happy to be able to help tutor your kid with whatever help is required. I look forward to meeting you sometime!
Ojas has relentless motivation to push himself and those around him to greatness. Adversity is simply another opportunity for him whether it be in sports, competitive CS competitions such as cyber security and ranked programming events, or anything else, hardship doesn't scare him, nor does losing. Every loss is a lesson to be learned and every win is hard fought no matter the skill of the opponent. As the VP of Marketing and Outreach he not only wants to grow Young Champions Academy, but instill his work ethic and mindset into those he teaches and works with.
Jishnu has over 3 years of experience in coding. He is fluent in Python and Java, and has knowledge in Javascript and HTML. He has experience working with machine learning, web programming, and various other fields. He’s passionate about helping other people experience the fun behind coding, and he hopes to share his skills with them.
Sai is a long-time web developer and science enjoyer. He has always challenged himself in school and tries to take classes that he will enjoy. He actually made this website! Sai also enjoys computers and plays a little basketball on the side. He is a new addition to the team this year.
